Por mucho no es el hotel más bonito de Puebla, pero a cambio tiene una ubicación muy buena, está sobre una calle muy bonita en especial de noche por la iluminación, esa muy limpio y las habitaciones son cómodas, el costo es moderado en comparación con otros en la zona

Las habitaciones son cómodas pero tal vez para algunos clientes no les sea suficiente porque no son lujosas pero créanme..... Son muy cómodos. Cómo el hotel se encuentra en el centro, literalmente pueden caminar a varios mercados, a la iglesia de la virgen inmaculada, restaurantes, bares, karaokes, tiendas, plazas, etc. Sin necesidad de gastar en transporte. Los días que yo me quedé no hubo ningún problema en cuestión de seguridad por parte del hotel, ni afuera. Pero aún así siempre hay que tener cuidado. Dentro del hotel tiene un patio lo suficientemente grande para estacionamiento y para niños puedan jugar (preguntar en recepción). Fuera del hotel todo queda cerca. El hotel no cuenta con servicio habitación pero hay muchas cosas cerca para comer y te dejan comer adentro de tu habitación. El personal del hotel; así como el señor Nicolás es muy amable y atento; yo llegue a las 5 AM al hotel y aún así me pudieron abrir. A cierta hora de la noche se cierra el acceso al hotel para personas desconocidas.
